[Troubleshooting] Intel Graphics Driver and Intel Management Engine driver compatibility problem with Windows 10 April 2018 Update (Redstone 4)

After update to Windows 10 April 2018 Update (Redstone 4), Intel Graphics driver v23.20.16.4939 and Intel ME driver v1803.12.0.1093 (the same version used in pre-installed system and released on MSI website) have compatibility issues.
Issues related to Intel graphics driver:
1. Camera app shows only black screen
2. Video playback issue (green screen, black screen) in browser
Issue related to both drivers:
3. Miracast is not working
It needs updating the following drivers or newer version to fix these issues.
- Intel Graphics Driver v23.20.16.5038
- Intel ME driver v1811.12.0.1115
