I usually got very laggy results even with very fast internet connection when my webcam resolution is set to 720P during video streaming / video calls while better quality results to lower resolution. Moreover, the webcam is advertised to support 720P @ 30FPS in the website. (For laptop that equipped with HD webcam module)

Answer
MSI 720P HD Camera can actually function flawlessly maximum @ 30FPS in MJPG format, while 7.5FPS in YUY2 format. The recording/playback of MSI 720P Camera is highly dependent on the software being used and the internet connection (during 2 way video streaming).
